FGF Housing & Outreach Services Team

Forest Grove Person-Centered Connections to Shelter and Support

The Forest Grove Foundation (FGF) Housing & Outreach Services Team (HOST) is on the front lines of addressing homelessness in Western Washington County. Guided by compassion and lived experience, this dedicated street outreach program helps connect our neighbors experiencing homelessness to services and support within the region’s continuum of care.

We meet people where they are, providing not just essentials like food, clothing, and hygiene supplies but also trust, understanding, and connections to community. Through housing and shelter assessments, personalized referrals, warm handoffs and other supports, we create bridges for those living outside to find safety and stability inside.

Individuals experiencing homelessness

Our outreach team travels throughout rural and Western Washington County communities, including but not limited to Banks, Buxton, Gaston, Forest Grove, Gales Creek, and North Plains. If you or someone you know needs housing and shelter support in the region, contact us at 503-662-8433 or email our outreach team.

Please note that our outreach team works across the communities we serve and does not meet with individuals at our facilities. We do not provide eviction prevention or utility support at this time.
